(Past and present)
At one time I owned 72 bikes. Most of the bikes are vintage European and American bikes.
My favourite bike is this 1960 BMW r69 in Dover white. Original paint. It had more horse power than the standard r60/2, and only a few thousand were made in their five year production run.
A unique 1934 Coventry Eagle, Silent Superb. It's just a pretty Art Deco bike.
1929 PONY SCOUT
I've owned many Indians, but due to the basic stripped down feel of this bike, it's always been enduring to me.
Beautiful sound, beautiful to look at. It was one of my prized bikes.
1930 HARLEY DAVIDSON V
1948 INDIAN CHIEF
One of the most beautifully designed bikes.
This was room one of three, filled with motorcycles. People ask if I miss them, and I do, but in all practicality it is nice to have room now. The main room I transformed into my art studio, which still has one bike near my easel. (Photo courtesy of Brian Leddy).
